Tom Gladden
Tom Gladden co-founded Fairway Capital Management in 2019. Previously, Tom was an investor in venture capital and private equity funds at Adams Street Partners, a $60 billion global investment manager, for 14+ years. While at Adams Street, he evaluated 1,000 fund investment opportunities and invested in 95 venture capital and private equity funds, while sourcing and working on number of secondary transactions, including one of the firm’s largest VC secondary investments.
Prior to joining Adams Street Partners in 2002, Tom worked on the Private Capital and Real Estate team at Duke Management Company, which managed the assets of Duke University and the Duke University Hospital System. His other experience includes hospital consulting with APM, Inc. and managing a not-for-profit serving underprivileged children and teens in Chicago.
Tom has an A.B., Magna Cum Laude, from Dartmouth College and a M.S. in Computer Science from the University of Chicago and is a Trustee at Roosevelt University of Chicago and a member of the Executive Committee of the Dartmouth Club of Chicago.
